We have arrived safely back in the US and are facing reality once again.  I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the amazing experience you helped us to create!

Being very unfamiliar with our destinations prior to the trip, we were a little apprehensive at times with how the itinerary would play out; leaving everything in the hands of someone else can be stressful and unnerving.  So… when we touched down in Rio and were greeted with Marcia’s friendly personality, it felt very reassuring and comforting.  We spent about an hour in the car with her on our way to Hotel Copacabana, and she informed us of many interesting things about Rio, our other destinations, and provided many helpful tips and suggestions for each of our stops along the way.  We were pleasantly surprised when every representative who greeted us along the way was just as friendly and helpful.  The hotels met all of our expectations as well.  They were decent… they provided a clean, pleasant place for us to rest our heads each night and to fill our stomachs each morning.  That was all we needed!!

The tours and shows were wonderful as well.  We were amazed with the dinners that were included, and the authenticity of each.  The Samba show in Brazil was the only show we were just mildly impressed with, but we were glad we were able to experience the country’s dance.  The Tango show left us speechless, as did the dinner and service beforehand.  We also enjoyed the buffet and dancing in Cusco, which turned out to be the city that stole the hearts of us all!

The guided tours through the cities were wonderful additions to the trip, too.  We rescheduled many of them, because we wanted all the scheduled events in the same day in each city.  The representatives were very helpful and accommodating with our requests.  This left us more flexibility to do as we wanted on our “free” days.  The tours themselves were very worthwhile.  We enjoyed the overall viewing of the cities because it gave an opportunity to really see the places we wanted to revisit.

Everyone from the tour company was very friendly and helpful throughout our adventure.  They were always punctual, reassuring, accommodating, and informative.  We appreciate all of your work and the work of those in South America.  This trip was an experience of a lifetime!  Thank you so much for all you have done for us.  We greatly appreciate all of the hard work that went in to make this trip so successful!  I will definitely recommend this company, as well as you as a consultant, to anyone I know heading down to South America!  Hopefully we will be in touch to schedule a future trip as well!
