Job Description
  

Travel agency needs a Leisure Travel Consultant to plan various customized tours, cruises and vacation packages to Central and South America.
This position is full time, 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday.
No cold calling all incoming calls.
Candidates must possess one year experience in the travel industry with a Latin America oriented travel agency, strong sales and customer service skills.
 
Requirements
  
  • Minimum of one year experience in the travel industry.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel; Internet and Outlook knowledge.
  • Must have fluent Spanish and English.
  • Capable of handling calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Excellent response time as well as follow up with travelers.
  • Friendly with positive attitude.
  • Must have 1 year of experience working with GDS software, Amadeus preferred.
